Challenge
This offering memorandum was created to market the Theory flagship retail space in Beverly Hills as a prime real estate investment. As part of the creative team at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I was responsible for designing a sleek, fashion-forward book that matched both the elevated aesthetic of the Theory brand and the high-end retail landscape of Beverly Hills.

Approach
I took inspiration from luxury editorial layouts to create a clean, minimalist design that let the property—and the brand—speak for itself. Working closely with the retail brokerage team, I blended high-resolution photography, modern typography, and strategic whitespace to elevate the investment narrative while maintaining visual clarity and sophistication.
Outcome
The final book presented the Theory retail space as a rare, aspirational opportunity in one of LA’s most iconic shopping districts. The design helped position the property with a fashion-forward lens, aligning with both investor expectations and the retail market’s premium standards.
