Challenge
With no prior branding in place, the biggest challenge was starting from scratch—defining the brand’s visual language, tone of voice, and personality, while also creating assets that would work across digital and print applications. The goal was to convey trust, clarity, and competence in a clean and modern way.

Approach
I began by working closely with brokers and stakeholders to understand the property’s mission, values, and look. From there, I developed a visual identity system that emphasized simplicity, luxury, and modern-living energy. The brand’s look was built around a flexible grid system, a bold and confident typeface, and a color palette that balanced professionalism with approachability.
Outcome
The brand identity throughout the OM brought consistency and credibility to the property's history. It not only met the internal alignment but also elevated their external perception, helping us sell the property and stand out in a competitive industry.
